Overview Junior ASwimmers have progressed from C Squad and do not meet the criteria for B squad or SWL pathway but wish to continue to develop as a competitive swimmer.
Sessions are offered 3 times a week, the more sessions you attend the quicker you will improve.Overview Senior A
Swimmers have progressed from Junior A Squad into this squad and have attained the minimum entry requirement of being able to complete 200 metres of all four strokes and a 400 IM Legally.Sessions are offered 3 times a week, the more sessions you attend the quicker you will improve.
A Squad coach is Jamie Hood.
