Overview C Squad
Swimmers have progressed from D Squad into this squad and have attained the minimum entry requirement of being able to complete 100 metres on 2 strokes and a 200 IM Legally.Sessions are offered three times a week, the more sessions you attend the quicker you will improve and progress to the next squad.
C squad coach is Scott Caldwell.
