Craig Benson Breaststroke Demonstration
Craig demonstrated various aspects of the stroke and actively spoke to the swimmers about how they could improve their technique and then answered several questions that the swimmers and parents had at the end.

Congratulations to Robert Dalgleish who has been selected for Scottish National Youth Development Squad. Robert has been progressing very well over the last few years and recently broke 2 Scottish records at Grangemouth for 50m backstroke and 100m Freestyle. A big welcome to Leah Smith who is training with B squad over the summer programme. Leah is nine years old and swims with the Abqaiq Stingrays in Saudi Arabia.
Swimming at JYHS will be a whole new experience for Leah as she usually trains in an outside pool in the Saudi sunshine.Welcome to LDD Leah.

Congratulations to Nathan Kennedy who won the East District age group open water championship. Also to Paul Walledge who was first in the 13-14 age group and Lucy Noble who was 3rd in the junior womans!
